One.      Acknowledge you have been holding on

     to thoughts, feelings, and beliefs

     that do not serve your highest good

 

Two.      Make the choice to release the unwanted

 

Three.    Breathe deeply

 

Four.    Feel your body expand as you inhale,

    contract as you exhale

 

Five.     Repeat number three


Six.       Say aloud or to yourself:

            “I accept there is nothing to be healed, only God to be revealed”

 

Seven.   Write nine statements of forgiveness:

      Three to forgive yourself

      Three to forgive your mind

      Three to forgive your heart

 

Eight.    Close your eyes

 

Nine.      Press delete until the document is blank

                Right now,

                Start anew
